EMOM: 30 MIN

  1. 30 min of every minute on the minute
    • Min 1. 50s Bike
    • Min 2. Bilateral Landmine Thrusters
    • Min 3. 50s Row
    • Min 4. Rotational Ball Slam (MedBall or Slam Ball)
    • Min 5. 50s Jump Rope or Double Unders

Note: Continue to cycle through the exercises for 30 consecutive minutes. Maintain Heart Rate b/w 130-152 bpm. No access to a heart rate monitor? If you are slightly out of breath, but can still speak in full sentences — that shows you are in the correct heart rate zone.

COOLDOWN:

  1. Nasal Breathing Recovery Walk 5-10 min
