- 30 min of every minute on the minute
- Min 1. 50s Bike
- Min 2. Bilateral Landmine Thrusters
- Min 3. 50s Row
- Min 4. Rotational Ball Slam (MedBall or Slam Ball)
- Min 5. 50s Jump Rope or Double Unders
Note: Continue to cycle through the exercises for 30 consecutive minutes. Maintain Heart Rate b/w 130-152 bpm. No access to a heart rate monitor? If you are slightly out of breath, but can still speak in full sentences — that shows you are in the correct heart rate zone.
