Jonathan Davenport

Jonathan is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Jon played collegiate lacrosse at Rockhurst University and finished his Bachelors of Science of Exercise Science with an emphasis in Human Performance from the University of Northern Colorado.

After working with many elite athletes, Jon has developed a unique training philosophy. Jon’s philosophy is "To Train with Athletic Purpose". Jon’s training provides not only strength and sport-specific training needs but also mobility, lifestyle, and performance nutrition. Jon’s unique, intensive, and data driven training style is based not only on tested and proven methods of optimal athletic development but each client’s specific skill and need.
